This policy explains what information Coatwise (getcoatwise.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. In short: the estimates you create stay on your own device, and we do not sell personal information.
Estimates you create
Everything you type into the estimator, including your business details, logo, client names, addresses, and room measurements, is saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it for you.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies. It reports aggregate information such as pages viewed, the referring website, browser type, and country. We use it to learn which pages are useful.
Hosting and security
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Advertising
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Children
Coatwise is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can delete estimator data at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site. To ask about or delete any email correspondence we hold, contact us at the address below.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date. If we start storing estimates on our servers, for example to let you save them to an account, we will describe it here before that feature launches.
